Looking for more of a crash pad situation with renter having limited access to common spaces. Meaning basic access to kitchen and laundry, but not sharing the living and dining areas. Perfect for someone who works downtown, but who doesn’t need a lot of amenities.

I am clean and quiet. Working professional. I like to spend time outside riding my bike and running on the elliptical. I work during the day. I have three very sweet but shy cats, so no pets is preferred.
