Riverside Drive

the room for rent is pretty decent sized. It has a full sized bathroom with bath/shower located inside the room, sliding double door closet, and corner windows that provide a view of the city lights. Rent is $800 per month utilities included for single occupancy, storage closet, and Guaranteed parking space. we do have a mid which we split the cost of (no worries of a dirty house) The room is currently pictured with a queen size bed, but will be cleared out and come unfurnished by the first

the house itself is pretty nice. We sit hillside so there’s a view from most parts of the house. Theres tons of places to sit down inside and outside to relax. there is also two bar areas to entertain, and a pool/ jacuzzi. pretty much all the rooms in the house are there own suites so things are decently spaced out. We have: washer/dryers, large kitchen with a view of the city, large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, indoor sauna room, full bar room/ game room, an outside bar area, 4 large common area balconies /with barbecues and a view of city lights.

The house is located on the border of chino/chino hills. We are very close to the 71 and 60 freeways in a private neighborhood. Shopping/entertainment Areas within 1-2 miles in almost every direction. The Shoppes at Chino Hills are an exit away. We are 10 mins from Cal Poly / mt sac, 16 mins from cal state Fullerton.

A bit about all of us that live in the house: We are all guys in our mid to late twenties, we keep things clean, and are pretty laid back. We are all working professionals, with responsibilities and good jobs. The house tends to stay pretty calm and quiet, the house is so big its easy to forget you have roomates. Finding a place to relax in privacy is extremely easy to find…. although finding someone to talk and hang out with in the evening isn’t hard either. Its important to us to have a good atmosphere in the house so we try to plan something fun once a month like house bbq’s. living in the house has been pretty awesome so far. many of us have become friends, on occasion we go out together or have a few people over to swim and have a good time….. Mario cart on the projector has been a hit as of lately
