Be a part of a new experience. I’m a young homeowner looking to rent two of my four rooms. As someone who’s been through the experience of worrying about extra costs after rent, here’s a deal that includes:

• High speed unlimited internet
• 220+ tv channels including Showtime and HBO
• Netflix
• Your own mini fridge (during your stay, in room)
• The room
• Utilities/Avista

This will also include the cost of shared house supplies such as trash bags, powdered laundry soap, hand soap, TP, etc., and usually will include basic foods such as rice and top ramen that is free to use.

I’m a computer science nerd who loves computers and understands the fun in technology. I use this to benefit my tenants and share the fun. This place would be great for a gamer or major streamer as I made sure our bandwidth is top quality.

We do have a senior kitty who is enjoying her last days in comfort. We do ask that any prospective tenants not have cats or dogs at this time. We love dogs! But she doesn’t…

We’re looking for $595 for a room, all expenses above included. Must be willing to take a background check, sign a 12 month lease, and cover first and last rent upon moving in. We may allow the last month to be broken down and paid for over the 12 months if you’re a good fit.
