We are limited in explaining by the software here. I am looking for someone who does not like apartment living, misses feel of a home with old school , decent people around. Need help here, I have dogs and a cat. I will try to keep them out of the way. I will lower monthly rent in the end as an exchange of help for housing. This help would include the usual light housekeeping that we all go through including dishes, vacuuming, sweeping, changing couch cover, possible light laundry, possible light food prep, etc. Seniors, educated, non smoking, former white collar is what I am, hoping for similar. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Long time homeowner residents on street. Short walk to bus line. Close to both Nashua, NH and Lowell, MA.

Right now it is just me, the almost senior female homeowner, possibly my senior mom, although she won’t leave her elderly apartment. I am upbeat, sometimes a little hyper, can laugh, and understand boundaries. Non-smoking, lead a quiet, conservative and Christian lifestyle. Up early and bed early. Remember, there are pets in the house. I have a rescue dog who likes to stay in one spot all day, just goes to the door when she needs to go out, very timid, a shepherd.
