Bunker Hill

My husband and I have a private room for rent in our 3 bed 2 bath house in Irvine. There is plenty of parking right outside and the bathroom is shared with one person. We prefer light cooking but it is not a deal breaker if you cook often. The house is close to the freeway and shopping (less than 5 min to the Market Place). UCI is about 15 min. The laundry room is inside the house and the refrigerator is shared with just 1 person. Utilities are split between 4 people and are around $60 per person.

My husband and I are both full time working professionals. During the week we are gone from 7 until 6pm. We have a medium size friendly dog. We are clean and considerate. The other roommate is a female UCI grad student and you will be sharing the bathroom and fridge with her. We don’t really party at home and we like to keep the place clean.
