About the room
Room available in Katy. $600 all utilities included; gas,electric,WiFi,water! No couples or pets please because we have one lab already in the house. Parking in available in the driveway. We are a suburb community. We do have a cleaning crew come in twice a month. Please send me message for more details. We had previous renters so we are not new to this. The room has a bathroom that is shared however there’s no one living in the other room so basically the bathroom is all yours. Serious inquires only! Thank you
About the roomies
We are a couple in the professional area. I work in Dentistry and my husband works in Medical. We do have a dog who’s a lab. He travels crazy and you’ll probably see him time to time but it will be me and the dog in the house only. I work Monday-Friday and some Saturday’s. Don’t party, rarely have people over. We are basically laid back
