Imagine Living ALONE!!!! This is our second home and we visit approx. 1 long weekend a month…which means you will have the place to yourself 80% of the time!

We have recently renovated and everything is new!

Highly desirable, historic Montrose property with all the charm you’d expect from single family living. Quaint neighborhood features like sidewalks and mature trees surrounded by the best restaurants in town. Clean, spacious rooms throughout with a light/bright kitchen & breakfast room and a huge utility room w/a full size washer & dryer.

Large Bedroom available (unfurnished or can be furnished), the rest of the house is furnished. There is one bathroom that will be shared when we’re in town. 1 Car garage is available for your use & Utilities will be shared. (ADT Security system and Trash is included)

No Smoking Anywhere on the property

This is our second home and we visit around 1 long weekend a month. My husband and I are are busy professionals who love to travel. I work the the Tech field (Executive Assistant) and he’s in Medicine. We’re both We’re fun, outgoing and positive thinking people with an addiction to travel (thanks in part to my study abroad years ago). We both enjoy wandering around and exploring new shops, restaurants and lounges. We both love to relax with a good book by the pool.

Interests include trying new foods, wine tasting, people watching, dancing, hiking, exploring, traveling. I’m pretty much up for anything! I like to relax and read or wander the town during the day.

Our Ideal roommate would be a female or couple who is quiet and respectful. Someone who enjoys their quiet time, but still open to be social over a glass of wine on occasion.
