We have a very large downstairs room available. It’s the only bedroom on the floor but is next to the garage access and shared laundry/private bath. The private bath is small but includes toilet, sink, cupboards, and shower and is attached to the shared laundry. The room has separate access to the backyard (via a slider door) and while there’s no smoking of any kind allowed inside you can take one step out of your room and smoke outside. Mid-level is shared front door, living room, kitchen, and dining. Must be okay with dog hair when it comes to the shared living area - we clean daily but there will always be some fur on the couch. Animals are okay on a case to case basis - do not let that stop you from messaging about this place. Can be flexible on deposit depending on available references. Happy to share basic living items like dish soap, laundry soap, TP, etc. with small contributions to each - also happy to keep things separate. Earliest move in date is Oct 15th.

I’m a recently divorced 24 year old female with a 7 year old son. I work full time and my mom (44 and also lives in the home) stays home with my son. My kiddo is pretty chill and is also disabled so he doesn’t run around or cause chaos. We have three large dogs who are generally very well behaved but do occasionally bark at the neighbors and bark when people arrive home. We have one cat who is very low maintenance and keeps to herself. We aren’t partiers and are generally pretty quiet and keep to ourselves but we do like to have people over for dinner about once a week. I wake up early for work but am a night owl on days off.
