1 room + shared bathroom available in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Oak Meadow apartment complex!! Clean & well maintained apartment complex with a pool, gym, basketball court, playground, and a secure mail room, as well as a new washer & dryer in the unit. Our unit is right across from the pool & other amenities, and we also have a gated patio/storage area. The complex is near Winco, Target, the mall, lots of restaurants, and many other shops. It is also only 1 mile away from the Butte College Chico campus, making it just a few minutes to drive there, as well as being near multiple bus stops.
Current tenants are two 21 year old women, both attending Chico State for anthropology. We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and communicative, women/nonbinary people only please!!!
