Convenient short term parking directly in front of the house for tenant and guests. Long term shaded parking one block away.

Properties common spaces are furnished.

Internet, water, and trash/recycling is included in the rent, gas and electric will be split evenly.

You will be required to pass a credit check performed by our property management company, pay first months rent, and a security deposit equal to one months rent.
