Looking for a female roommate to share my 2bd 1 bath apartment. The room is unfurnished. It’s walking distance to downtown Petaluma, theaters, and a lot of great restaurants and parks. It’s also in a very safe neighborhood. I’m looking for a female roommate only — someone who’s quiet, responsible, clean, doesn’t have people over very often, has stable employment, and who preferably isn’t a big drinker or smoker.

You will be sharing the apartment with only me. I’m a 30 year old woman, clean, respectful, and mostly just like to chill and relax while at home. I’m a professional who works a 9-5 and I’m frequently busy on weekends, so I’m not home all that much. :)
