I am renting out a room in the house the room requires a 450.00 deposit and has a monthly rent of 950.00 the room is close to the 76 and 1-5 fwy you will have access to all common áreas of the house. The room has a mini fridge you will have a shared bathroom and WiFi is included. No laundry access room is avaliable April 15.
