Hi. I am losing my current roommate after 3 years so have an awesome room available. Its in the basement of my home so is very private and it is the entire length of the front half of the house. Can be just a giant bedroom or split into sitting and sleeping areas. A unique egress that offers tons of light plus 2 other small windows.
Included is a storage closet and an small space previous people have used as a livingroom or dry kitchenettte.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is a dishwasher and kitchen has everything needed for use.
The house sits on a double lot so has a huge yard with off street parking. Easy freeway access and located near shopping.

About the roomies
Im a woman in my mid 50’s so not into drama or parties. Outside smoking area and 420 friendly. No heavy drugs or drinking, no moving in significant others or family… Just a safe fun place to call home.
