The townhouse is in a great community located less than a mile from Old Town Fairfax–10 minute drive to the Vienna Metro– 1 mile away from Walmart. There is parking in front of the townhouses *has filled twice in living here for 1.5 years– can move the car that parks outside the garage inside if issue of parking arises. Non-smoking home.

Two female GMU students– very clean, so cleaning is a must–Both roommates work in DC and NOVA area– when we are home we are pretty quiet cooking or in our rooms–our third roommate is a friendly chihuahua/dachshund.
