Kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops as well as a dishwasher. Within the complex you will have access to the 24 hour fitness center , as well as the pool in the summer. This apartment is located right next 87highway and all the major shopping centers, and food markets. Being centered in the middle of every surround town. 15 minutes to Troy, 20 minutes to Albany and Schenectady 25 minutes to Saratoga!

I’m a very laid back person, it is just me but I am looking to rent the other 2 rooms in my apartment. I am 23 and I work in the healthcare field. Very clean so I expect my roommates to be the same , all I ask is that you clean up after yourselves and be respectful. I don’t mind company just not a whole bunch of people over. Overnight guest are also fine , just again be respectful! Please be dog friendly as well😊
