Gum Branch Road

Hi, I just applied and will be getting a 2 bedroom apt in the Williamsburg complex and am looking for a roommate. I will only be there part time so you’d mainly have it to yourself. I don’t have any furniture yet as it’s a second place for me (I’m a traveler but signed a yr contract) so if you have any that’s great or I’ll probably be buying the basics and have it delivered.

It’s a great sized apt with two huge rooms and 2 full baths across the apt from each other. Kitchen is large with granite and ample cupboard space. Washer and dryer in suite as well.

Split the apt would be $510 each so we can either split the rent and utilities 50/50 or I can buy everything each month and just get one amount from you. I’m open to either.

I’m a professional female, clean and laidback. Looking for a similar minded individual that’s responsible, respectful and able to pay rent without any issues.
