The house is basically furnished: Full kitchen with plenty of appliances, washer, and dryer, game room with pool table, dining room table, living room area with 60-inch screen TV, a front yard and back yard with a deck, along with a 12 person jacuzzi and a garage for storage The house has a driveway and easy street and safe parking also We also have a cat who is free to roam the common areas of the house.

The house is located in El Segundo/South Bay minutes walk to the beach, Main Street with plenty of restaurants, coffee houses, and nightlife options and easy access to LAX airport.

This is not only a home but a lifestyle and easily one of the best living experiences you will have. Past roommates have met their future spouses at the home, started business together, made new best friends and have attended countless social events together.

• We are all on different work schedules (days and nights, work from home) but are always respectful of each other schedules and time. If the house must revolve around your schedule, this house will not work for you.
