I own the house. Your lease can be 3+ months. It’s a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath. You’d share the bathroom with the guest room, so for most occasions, you’ll have it to yourself. I have a two-car garage, but my project car takes up most of the space in it. There’s a clubhouse with a pool and workout facilities. Water, gas, and electric bills will be split each month. Internet is included in the rent.

I’m an engineer at Honda R&D. I have two cats that are super social and a little over a year old. I hangout with friends, work on cars, and play sports in my free time. I’m pretty easy to talk to and get along with. If there’s an issue, I address it.
