University Avenue

Hello, This is a 4 bed 1 bath house with a small den with closet and a window which we are renting out for 200$ per month. The total house rent is 1800. This apartment is 1 minute walk to north campus. We’ve all just moved in 1 month back and the existing tenant got a job and has to move. The house will require first month rent $200, last month rent 200$ and deposit 360$ along with you contributing around 45$ for the general house things we’ve recently purchased like microwave,cleaning detergent, paper towels etc. All the utilities - Gas,electricity and wifi is divided equally. Please contact me for a time to arrange a tour. Mostly, The bed frame would be available too for 40$ (One time pay) with the bedroom.

We’re all girls, full time graduate students at UMass Lowell. We like to keep our house clean and expect the same from our roommate too!
