There are currently 3 of us living in a 2-bedroom apartment. We are looking to rent a house in Lakewood (preferably somewhere between Garrison street and Green Mountain Park), but can’t afford it without having one or two more people join us. So if you’re like us and are tired of living in an apartment, but can’t afford a house on your own, contact me and lets talk more. So again, to be clear; we do not yet have a house, but we need to find a couple more people who are willing to commit to finding a place with us so that we CAN find a house. What we’re looking for: a house that is 3-5 bedrooms, decent backyard. Basement space is a big plus. Price range: preferably no more than $2500 a month (depending on what other fees, etc there might be). The goal is for each of us to be paying no more than about $550 a month (not including internet) One thing to note, is that I am used to not having a bedroom and don’t feel the need for one, so I will not be taking a bedroom. I will either be in a living room or the basement if one is available. About us, briefly: The three of us are all pretty chill and quiet. We get along well, but generally keep to ourselves and do our own thing. A couple of us are involved with our church together quite a bit. If you are noisy, like to party, smoke at all (cigarettes or marijuana), or are a generally inconsiderate person, this place will not be for you.

The three of us are all really chill, quiet and respectful. We’re friendly but tend to keep to ourselves most of the time. A couple of us are involved with our church a lot throughout the week. I like to do a lot of outdoor things - hiking backpacking, etc. I also am usually working on some kind of project. I do a lot of wood-working projects, bushcraft-type stuff so I will be using yard and garage space as my work area on a regular basis.
