($750/ month plus $750 deposit: unfurnished). You will be sharing the living room area and kitchen. Preferably looking for a single male roomie, who is responsible, has a full-time job and no drugs, alcohol or smoking allowed. House is close to downtown Dallas, specifically 30 and Jim Miller… there’s nearby stores/shopping like: Walmart, Sam’s, ROSS and more!

There is currently one male tenant occupying one of the rooms. He is quiet, and does not cause any trouble/problems. He’s too busy working. Lease is month to month.
