Room for rent in a three bedroom two bathroom house in the Shurtleff neighborhood in Napa. The bedroom is about 10’x10’ with a large closet. The room shares a bathroom with one other tenant. There are three parking spots in the driveway, a two car garage, washer, dryer, dishwasher, central heating, and AC. The room will be getting brand new wood laminate flooring, new mirrored closet doors, and a fresh coat of paint. The room is available October 1st and is $800 a month plus one third of all house utilities due each month. There is a $1,000 deposit due at the signing of the lease. The lease in month to month with a long term tenant preferred. The other roommates are local industry professionals and there is a small dog who lives in the master bedroom.

Two local industry professionals one small dog. One roommate has two weekdays off, one roommate has weekends off. We like to cook and clean.
