1st Floor of 2 story Townhome, Meadows/Morgans Run, Castle Rock, CO. Spacious 1st floor with 1 private bedroom and 3/4 Bath, plenty of closet space. Plus your own built-in garage space (that has shelving for storage). It is also partially furnished (Dining room and Kitchen). Note: I am the Owner and occupy the entire 2nd story. We would share kitchen and laundry room that are on the 1st floor (I’m not home much and am considerate so our paths would barely cross.) Also, utilities, inluding wifi, would be split 50/50, they average $200 per month, so $100 each. Lease: Minimum 6 months, ideally 24 months. Security deposit amount is negotiable, at most $750. Located in a very friendly community with amenities, community center, walking trails, park, etc.

I am a friendly, kind and considerate, tidy, single, 55+ female, employed and self-employed. I live by the Golden Rule and I’m passionate about helping others enjoy a higher quality of life- my work is focused around that. I love to cook (have been a Chef and have Italian heritage). I am health-oriented, work out at least 4 days a week, a non-smoker and drink a tiny bit of alcohol now and then on special occasions with friends and family.
