11th Avenue North

Looking to fill our third room at Eleven North in the Gulch.

Very spacious, and the room available has two walls with overlooking windows of downtown & poolside! Tons of amenities, gym, spin studio, pool / spa, grill / lounge areas, penthouse with pool tables and games, etc. My other roommate has a sweet dog, and is often not at the apartment or traveling for work. I myself tend to work overtime and sleep. Appliances are energy saving, and maintenance at the complex is very fast. Our third roommate had to leave for work, so we would like to quickly fill the spot and help however. Whomever is interested would not need to place utilities under their name, and rent/electric/internet are paid via venmo, check, or cash.
