Open to renting the third bedroom for October, if needed, at a reduced rate; It is currently furnished with a bed and a desk. Total rent for the property will be $1850 come November 1st, and we would pay $1000, asking a roommate to assume the rest of the rent obligation ($850). We are looking to eventually buy this property, and so treat it as our own. We cook most of our meals, garden in the back yard and keep the space clean and tidy. One partner is out of state for the year and the other travels often for work, so you’d essentially be living in the space alone for half of every month.
