MOVE IN SPECIAL! STAY FREE IN NOVEMBER (starting November 11 or later) WHEN YOU PAY DECEMBER RENT. Rent will be lower after January 1 (included in lease). This property includes a three-bedroom, one bath main house and guest house which is a studio. The guest house is generally not available since it is currently being used as a vacation rental. You have access to your own bedroom (of course), which includes queen bed, dresser, two nightstands, sofa, small desk and chair, and your own refrigerator and Smart TV. You also have access to shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room. There is also a large fully-fenced backyard. If you would also like to use the office, this can be arranged as well. I currently work from home, so I’m occupying that room for my employment during the day but it can be available if we can maintain it as a quiet, secure environment. All amenities (such as cookware, bakeware, dish soap, hand soap, etc.) are available for your use as well. All utilities included as well as high speed internet and streaming services (Roku, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime). I currently have housekeeping scheduled once per week.

I live here with my two very friendly, outgoing mini Golden Retrievers, both neutered males. They love people and get along well with other dogs. However if you have a very timid dog or young puppy, this may not be a good fit. As long as your dog can socialize with other dogs, everyone should get along well. I currently work from home full-time as an insurance agent.
