The home is clean and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, with hiking trails close by. The available room is downstairs, with a wonderful mountain view, lots of natural light, and a large closet.

Currently, as you can see in the pictures, the room has a twin bed and a chair and ottoman and a lamp, etc. but can easily be unfurnished if you are not in need of those items.

You won’t be sharing the bathroom with anyone, but it’s the only bathroom downstairs, so others use it occasionally.

We are an older couple and work quite a bit. It’s a large home and we currently have two super nice renters living here in rooms upstairs. Both work full time, never cook, and are very active so we rarely see them. We are all pretty mellow and quiet, so the room would be great for a student.

We ask for 1st months rent and a cleaning/security deposit of $1000. Utilities and internet are included. We love animals but are very allergic, so it won’t work to have them here.
