The house is located in Westminster approximately 76th and Sheridan. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and the house is quite. It’s an older home with its charms. I have two rooms available. All utilities are split equally between renters. Bedroom one is $600 per month plus a $600 deposit and a $100 utility deposit. Room number 2 is $700 per month plus a $700 deposit and a $100 utility deposit. I will rent the largest bedroom out to a couple as well but the rent goes up to $900 per month plus a $900 deposit and a $200 utility deposit. If you have pets that’s fine. There is a $50 pet rent per month fee and a $50 deposit. We also split the trash pick up as well. There is also a bonus office space at the top of the stairs I call it an office Nook. The entire house has tons of natural light. It would be a great spot for an artist who paints. I am 53 years old my name is John and I have COPD. There is no smoking in the house but you can smoke outside. Also there is no alcohol allowed on the property at all!! The owners rules not mine . Sorry . There are no overnight guests allowed and no children either unfortunately. This is a very quiet and peaceful home. I have two black lab mixes that are very well trained and love everybody as well as other dogs and cats. Ultimately I would like to rent out the large room to a couple that both have full-time day jobs. And rent the smaller bedroom 2 preferably a female if possible, male roomie is okay to. you must also have a full-time day job. I am a plumber by trade and I also work out of my house a lot of the time. We are also very 420 friendly around here. I have a clothes dryer at this time but no washer. The house is divided into two parts we all get use of the kitchen of course. you have your own front room to use as you wish downstairs. Quiet time begins around here at 10 p.m. assuming everybody works days we all need to get our 8 hours of sleep in. There are no other roommates at this time living here that is why I am placing this ad so that I can fill both rooms hopefully for the entire winter and Beyond. That depends on how awesome of roommates I can find.
