Unfurnished Room for rent in my 2 story, 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 2 ac, completely fenced in Old Magnolia (FM1488 & Buddy Riley Blvd). Room has separate but private bathroom which was just remodeled. Pets are welcome as I have 3 dogs (all spayed and neutered) and there is a doggie door. Rent is $750 month with a $250 deposit which includes water, garbage, lights, gas, Directv (hookups in room) and internet. Also includes full use of the common areas and the washer and dryer. Looking for a single individual that is clean and respectful of others.
Can not be afraid of or allergic to dogs or cats (1 outdoor spayed female).
Must have steady employment, reliable transportation and a clean background.
Smoking allowed outside only. Both front and back porch are covered.
About the roomies
Single, 52 yr grandmother that spends free time working in the yard or playing with the grandchildren and my dogs.
