Room is 12x13, carpeted and going for $900. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Room has great closet size and more storage room in hall closets (will be assigned for privacy). Shared full bathroom has shower and tub. House has laundry in the garage. Room rent includes utilities and internet and full house privileges. Pets are okay (additional refundable deposit required).

House has a cat kept inside the tenant room, but need to be pet friendly and no phobia or allergies to cats and dogs an absolute must.
