Photos are of living room. I’ll post photos of the bedroom/bathroom when the current roommate is out and it’s clean :) You get your own bedroom! The bathroom is semi-shared. You have your own toilet and sink, but it has a shared shower/tub (Jack & Jill style bathroom). Utilities are not included but aren’t very high, they typically cost around $65/month plus $20 for WiFi. We have a parking spot you can use as well. It’s Optional, we don’t mind letting that go. There is street parking as well, but the spots near the apartment fill up fast. We have a furnished living and dining area(Kitchen storage space is shared)

I (Kara, 22) and my boyfriend (John, 20), live in a cute little apartment in Vista, CA. We also have a black cat named Tiger. We are chill, laid back people who value communication and respect for the shared spaces. I really would like to avoid any drama, so it’s important that we, as roommates can have regular, respectful conversations with each other! (Also, please be 4/20 friendly) We both work but have varying hours. We love having downtime at home, but mostly stay in our room. We are quiet and respectful. I am hoping for someone who is relatively tidy… or at least willing to keep the shared spaces clean. Things like not letting dishes pile up or leaving trash out, etc. Our current roommate is moving out early and we didn’t know. Our lease doesn’t end until January, but we were hoping to renew, so you’ll need to have decent credit/proof of income at that point. We love our space and area and are hoping to find someone we vibe well with! We need someone ASAP so pls message us.
