About the room
Hello! My two roomates are looking for a new roomie to replace me as I’m moving states at the end of October. The new lease begins 03 Nov 2019 and there is a high need to find someone looking for a clean, low-cost, 12-month living situation (or more!)
You will get your own bedroom with a personal, attached bathroom (and massive closet). There is also an attached Washer/Dryer, a balcony, and free gated parking with a killer pool.

The two roomies you’ll be living with are Josh and Caleb. They’re young, IT professionals with a strong love of movies, video games, and going out for dinner.
They’ve been the cleanest, most conscientious, people I’ve ever lived with and I think anyone who joins them on this year’s lease (03 Nov 2019 - 03 Nov 2020) will love it.
