Looking for someone to rent a room in our apartment house in San Clemente, CA. It’s in a nice, private area. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, and it’s a five minute drive to downtown. The rent is $1000 a month for a private room. Bill such a water, internet, trash, pool, electricity and laundry will be negotiated.
About the roomies
We are couple, we both work full time, on weekends we enjoy traveling a lot. If you are racist, sexist or homophobic you’re not welcome. We don’t drink, no any kind of drugs, if you smoke you have to go outside.
