Newport Beach Peninsula Near Newport Pier 1 house away from Newport Bay ROOM: The room for rent will come unfurnished and you will share a bathroom with one of the roommates. Comfortably fits a queen size bed! (The previous roommate in that room had a king size bed) There are 2 large windows to let in that cool ocean breeze and tons of sunlight! There’s a tiny ocean view as well. The room is carpeted and has a fairly large closet. All other areas of the house are furnished. APARTMENT: 3 bedroom/2 bath. A VERY Safe, 2nd Story apartment on the bay side of the Newport Peninsula, 2 house away from Bay at 19th st. An absolute GEM! Huge kitchen and living area. It’s literally steps away from the beach as well as the back bay. Conveniently located 1 block away from 7-11, the guys know us there! Anddd an easy 2 minute stroll to Newport Pier and all the festivities by the pier.

Both female roommates are young professionals in their late 20’s, early 30’s and we are looking to find someone similar in age. I PROMISE we are very normal!! They keep it mellow on weekdays and enjoy going out on weekends with friends. Definitely NOT a party house but we know how to have a good time. We occasionally have boyfriends or over night guests over, and don’t care if you do as well! The ideal roommate would enjoy an occasional happy hour, beach bike ride, Sunday brunch, or cooking dinner at home and watching Netflix, The Bachelor, etc. We both are very clean and would expect you to clean up after yourself and your guests.
