I have two rooms available for rent (one room for each person). I can consider renting a room to two people for an additional $300. All rooms have closets and two windows.

The house is mostly new and very well-maintained. It’s near Brighton, right off I76. 5 minutes from the grocery store and 10 minutes from the Barr Lake State Park, Prairie Center and Village Square shopping centers, restaurants, and bars. 20 minutes from DIA and 35 minutes from downtown Denver.

What you’ll get:

• Access to a full bathroom with updated plumbing and toilet
• Updated kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances
• Fenced-in, lovely back yard
• Driveway parking in addition to street parking right in front of the house.
• High-speed WiFi

I’m looking for:

• 21+
• Someone respectful, responsible, and pays rent on time
• Cleans after themselves and keeps their own space reasonably neat
• No children and no extended visits from strangers. One night stay every once in a while is okay but we do need to talk about it first
• Proof of legal source of steady income
• No smoking of any kind on the property and no alcoholism; light drinkers only
• No drama
• No drugs and no guns

Rent is $700 and it includes all utilities and WiFi. There’s a deposit of $500 that’s required prior to move in. If we meet and both feel comfortable we want to be roommates, a background check will be done for $30 which is the cost to run that check. We’ll also sign a month-to-month lease.

I have a sweet cat boy, in case you’re allergic! I don’t want any additional pets at this time but I could consider a cat or a small/medium-sized, very mellow, and quiet dog. We’ll need to discuss it.

I’m a female professional and work full-time, 8-4. I’m easy-going, genuine, and friendly. Love to cook and I maintain a clean, peaceful, and relaxing home. If you prefer a quiet and clean home as well, you’ll love this place.
