Hello potential roommate! We have one sunny bedroom now available in our beautifully renovated 5 bed/3bath 3 story house in the heart of Capitol Hill! Located on 12th and Pearl, the house has a private back yard with a hot tub, pristine new hardwood floors, a massive back patio with a gas grill, a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, and 3 awesome roommates!

About the room – The room we have available is the master suite, located on the 2nd story of the house. Large room with a walk-in closet, hard wood floors, and a newly remodeled private bathroom.

About us – We are three females in our mid-twenties. Two of us have lived in the Pearl house for 2.5 years and can attest to the fantastic location and all the fun that Cap Hill has to offer. We enjoy brunching, wine nights on our patio, hot tubbing on a breezy evening, skiing, and going to concerts. We have an adorable German Shepard, so a dog lover is a must! Sorry, no more pets.

About you – You’re a fun, laid back, dog loving female that can co-exist with 3 other ladies. We all get along really well and welcome you to join our lady cave!

Cost & Lease Terms: The rent is $1248, 1 year lease. Utilities are split amongst the roomies; we each pay $80/month. A private parking spot will be available January 1st, cost is $100. Available now!
