About the room
Two of my roommates will be moving out of the house we currently rent in Pacific Beach. There is a large living room area, a cute kitchen with a coffee nook/sun room attached. There is one bathroom in which has the shower for all tenants. It’s a great neighborhood - 1.5 miles from the beach.
About the roomies
I am a 30 year old working professional - just moved out here November 2018 from Massachusetts. I currently have a part time job as well at a cute gift store in PB to keep busy when not working 8-5. I enjoy the beach, hiking, exercising and watching football! I don’t party - like to be respectful of others and also enjoy meeting new people.
