This apartment is fully furnished aside from the bedroom and comes with one shared parking space with ample street parking nearby.

About me: I’m a 30 year old female marketing professional. I’m originally from Maryland and moved out to this charming little beach town over 5 years ago. I’m laid back and pretty chill during the week and enjoy having some drinks and relaxing on the weekend.

Looking for someone who is clean, quiet, non-smoking, works full-time (ideally, not from home), and can pay rent on-time. No pets, please.
