Looking for female tenant, preferably a responsible student and/or professional with stable income, for single room for rent in a home close to i-5 freeways.

• quiet neighborhood
• street parking (allowed driveway parking on Thursday due to street sweeping)
• have your own entrance/exit on the side of the house
• shared bathroom
• access to washer/dryer 2X a week (Tuesday and Friday)
• access to kitchen
• appliances allowed in room are limited to small appliances like TV, mobile phone, electric fan, laptop (no refrigerators)
• shared refrigerator in garage (garage storage not included)
• renter brings own personal supplies
• minimum 3 months stay (give 30 days notice)
• no couples, and sorry no pets

You will be with an English-speaking Filipino family who will be a room away from your room. A senior couple, and the landlord. The senior couple mostly hang out in the living room/front entrance watching Netflix which is out of the way of your room and side entrance. Landlord mostly at work or in his private office or room.
