Large room, big enough for a office/living room and bedroom. The room takes up most of the upstairs. Temp control in the room. The room is not furnished but I have access to a full size bed. It does have a dresser. Large closet. Full bath with 2 sinks. Large back yard. Laundry room and kitchen privileges. Off street parking.

I am a male, semi retired , empty nester with too much space for one person. Not many visitors I usually go see them, I have family in Yucaipa and Menifee. I have pets so you must be o.k. with them. They are locked up when I’m not home. I don’t smoke, do drugs or drink much.
I’m not looking for FWB just a roomie.
