Bring your fresh catch (grouper, tuna, Mahi, snook, sheepshead, and more) and, throw it on the grill. Giant outside property on the river with dock access.
Surrounded by several tiki bars within kayaking distance. Can also, kayak to downtown, Sims Park, Durney Key, Anclote Key, and several sandbars.
There are several places close by to rent Craig Cats, kayaks, boats, paddleboards, and bicycles.
Visit downtown New Port Richey with several new restaurants, breweries, and bars. Check out Sims Park for festivals and concerts. TryTropical Breeze Casino.

About the roomies
The house has 5 bedrooms. Four of them have private entrances with private entrances. All, have their own LARGE bathroom and each has its own patio. Rooms on a month-to-month basis or yearly basis. I’m flexible. Half mile from Super Wal-mart, tiki bar/restaurants.
