Huge house in private neighborhood. $800 plus utilities and $650 deposit with first months rent. We do have one dog named Hulk, he is well trained and and very well behaved. House is close to downtown Carlsbad and Oceanside, also less than a mile from the beach. Room is good size and big closet.

Roommates are 2 females and 2 males. All late 20’s or early 30’s and are clean and respectful working professionals. Very easy to get along with.
