smoke/drug, corona virus free private house. You will be sharing with 3 quiet, friendly, professional adults, 2 males, 1 female. We all live quiet and peacefully in harmony. This 4 bedroom apt. is located on a quiet, tree lined block in East Flatbush.
Electricity, gas and high speed wifi is included. 2 blocks from 2 & 5 subway, very short walking distance from 35, 44, and 41 buses, wonderful stores, restaurants, cafes, laundromats, supermarkets in the neighborhood. 8 mins. from Kings County, Suny Downstate and Kingsbrook Hospitals, 15 mins. from Barclay Center, Atlantic Terminal Mall, Kings Plaza Mall and Prospect Park.
Looking for a mature, person who is quiet, responsible, financially stable, drug/smoke free, and willing to clean up after him/herself. You will share BATHROOM and KITCHEN with 2 roommates. An occassional guest is okay, but we do not expect our home to be used as a routine hotel for guests.
