I do NOT allow pets as I already have a dog and two cats. Both are people friendly. Rent is for one person ONLY, will consider a couple renting out the room but the rent would be higher. I am a 36 year old woman that is very easy going and work a lot so I am not home much. You must have the security deposit and first months rent in order to move in NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK! This is a minimum 3 months stay! If things work out, then I will consider doing a longer agreement. I am looking for someone long term but I also want a good fit. Must be employed, no drugs or big party-ers! Must be able to pass background check, show proof of income, and have references! Rent includes electric, water, and pest control!
