These are quail apartment homes located in Bartlett, Tn. Our apartment is right next to the golf course so it has a great view and it is on the first floor. All appliances are included. The apartment itself is really, really nice and updated; I hate that I have to leave it. Super safe and comfortable neighborhood. Really nice and updated pool. Plenty of Parking.

I am moving out because I got a new job in another state, and looking for someone to take over my name in the lease. You will be living with a 21 year old male. He is a full time college student and also a part of the Army Reserves. He is super clean and keeps to himself in his room almost all of the time. There is six months left on the lease, but y’all can decide to renew it or discontinue it when the time comes.
