The layout of the condo is ideal for roommates as the 2 rooms are located on separate floors.
You would have: -Your own bathroom that would also serve as a the guest bathroom
You would have full access to:
- kitchen
- washer & dryer (located in the attached garage)
- community beach club, pool, jacuzzi & on site gym
- plenty of nearby parking
Ideally I am looking for someone around my same age (20’s-30’s) and someone who is working full time or part time & enrolled in school.
I am looking to charge $1,100/month
