I currently reside in a two bed two bath apartment, which is part of a 3-unit complex (triplex?) in Lennox, near LAX, the Forum, the Rams stadium (coming soon), and much more. I LOVE my apt because we have no shared walls, we are on the second floor with a car garage under us, my unit is in the back and it was remodeled before I moved in. By becoming my roommate, you would have your own room and bathroom and access to the kitchen, garage and a parking spot with a gate clicker for convenience. I would also give you kitchen pantry space and full access to the kitchen and my spice rack.
