Hi all! I’m currently renting a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment in Roseville and I’m interested in renting the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a bathroom included. This is a nice property with a pool, gym and BBQ area. Parking is included. Month to month rent no lease. I’m not able to upload pictures but I can send them to you if you send me a text. :)

I’m currently in school part time and working full time. I’m looking for a clean and responsible roommate. If you’ve never had a roommate before this may not be the place for you unless you know common sense. I’m looking for respectful people who have knowledge of living with others and who can handle small concerns like adults. If you don’t have the ability to communicate like an adult or have trouble with cleaning behind yourself then it won’t work. NO ONE wants to be told what to do so it’s best to do it before that happens. You know? ….However, if you DO clean up after yourself and know how to maturely talk please feel free message me and let me know if you have any questions! Preferably females and no straight men. This isn’t my first rodeo so I’m trying to weed out the people who don’t match.
