Moving to better complex soon & looking for a roomie who I can TRUST. I am a Very clean person and quiet I would like my roommate to be a clean person as well come and go as you please .you make a mess you clean it please don’t wait on me to tell you to CLEAN YOUR MESS .Also looking for someone who pays their rent on time and responsible ,someone who is considerate and knows how to go by house rules .. it’s really simple with me just clean up after yourself . RENT must be paid on time on the 25th of each month. Roomate must clean bathroom/kitchen after using. Overnight visitors are not allowed. You will be in titled to closet space.( REQUIRES 2 form of references personal & professional ).
