Spacious main bedroom located on the first floor of a 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment .. Natural light spacious closet , window AC ,if needed ceiling fan with remote and dimmer and pretty much your own bathroom which we rarely use since we use the one on the 2nd floor 90% of the time . Laundry room next to the kitchen and table for folding clothes. Private yard with bbq we share with the downstairs and sometimes hang out talking over a few beers, we are working on the yard and giving it some TLC at the moment , apartment has some minor repairs that will get done during the late summer and fall . I have lived here for a number of years landlord is a dear friend , close to his family , which happen to live on the first floor .We respect eachother tremendously and everyoneelse so looking for the same . The common area is quiet and my art studio when working on canvas, kitchen space is shared of course but when cooking we give each other space to prepare our food . This is really just nice large room bathroom and laundry room that im renting .

About us , I work in Hoboken at a design studio/fabrication shop . Work m-f when home if im not painting in my room relaxing , and running errands on the wknds or painting for future openings My current roommate is the same works m-f and busy pretty much all wknd for his 2nd job , so when home he cooks and retires to his room . Super nice guy by the way we get along well. We enjoy the quiet for the most part , Please no drama . Looking for someone low-key yet friendly and doesn’t bring the party or drama back home. Room has been empty for months because of previous tenants who pretty much had no respect , allowing people to live here without consent and so on, pretty much a nightmare

SO! Must be employed , easy going and super honest and just chill and low-key and all will be fine . No pets and again this is only for one person no couples , live in boyfriends or girlfriends who linger around for days

Located , aroud the corner from riverview park on palisade ave. Plently of places to eat , easy commute to NYC ..10 minutes to Hoboken or 20 minutes walk , trader joes I walk to on the wknd 30min walk each way. This is a prime and up and coming area that’s highly desired now because of location and activites such as farmers markets and live summer music plus shopping. Utilities run around 50 or so a month , more in the winter . Wifi is available for aroud 20.00
